Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this position is to take responsibility for the overall management and profitability of the Retail shop while overseeing the general operations through supervision.

The focus of this position is the management of the Retail Shop in terms of financial management, sales, customer relations aspects and employee management.

Salary:

The basic salary is based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• BCom or relevant Business degree
• Minimum 2 – 5 Years of experience in running a business
• Minimum 2 – 5 Years of Butchery management experience (Non-Negotiable)
• Language: Afrikaans & English (Read, Speak, and Write)
• Computer Literate
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle
• Due to the nature of a retail operation, the position will require some weekend duties, traveling and extended hours as and when required.
