Litigation Secretary: Morningside, Sandton
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2-3 Years working experience as a Litigation Secretary
- Experience in the High Court and Magistrate Court processes
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Speak, read and write)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The position will involve some General, Commercial, and Family Law (divorce petitions and custody agreements) work.
- Drafting of relevant Summons and Default Judgment documentation
- Typing of pleadings, opinions, and applications
- Monthly invoices to clients and collection of Debtors’ books
- Collections
- General Administration
