Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Minimum 8 years of working experience as a Construction Foreman
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Read, Speak, Write)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel as and when required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the construction project
• Engaged in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures
• Enforces a strong focus on quality and safety standards
• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Producing schedules and progress reports
• Supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff
