  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 8 years working experience as a Litigation Secretary

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The position will involve some General, Commercial, and Family Law (divorce actions and custody agreements) work.
  • Drafting of relevant Summons and Default Judgment documentation
  • Typing of pleadings, opinions, and applications
  • Send monthly invoices to clients and follow up
