Fleet Scheduler (Day Shift): Bloemfontein



Grade 12

2 Years’ experience as a Fleet Controller / Scheduler (Will be an advantage)

Previous experience in Transport Industry (Will be an advantage)

Valid Driver’s license (Non-negotiable)

(Normal working hours 6h30 to 17h30 (Must be willing to work extended hours if required)

Duties and responsibilities:

Scheduling of trucks

Manage schedules through collaboration with Fleet Controllers and Logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries to all customers,

Maximum utilization of resources,

Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers and customers to meet their product needs and requests,

Planning of loads, routes, fuel, overnight locations, etc. to reach company targets,

Administrative duties,

Responsible for daily communication of drivers.

Responsibly to ensure that cargo gets offloaded at set destination and arrange for an empty truck to receive cargo to load for the next destination.

Provide assistance to both drivers and allocated clients.

The timeously and daily update of night schedules before the end of the day.

Conducting daily load bar reconciliations.

Conducting daily pallet reconciliation and providing feedback to the pallet department.

Sales & Marketing Consultant: Mauritius

Must be willing to be trained in Lesotho for 3 – 6 months before assigned back to Mauritius. (All expenses will be paid)


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field (Will be beneficial)

Minimum 4 – 5 Years’ Sales and Marketing experience

Computer literate

Excellent verbal and written communication in Creole or French and English

Mauritius passport holder

Driver’s license (Compulsory)

Must be willing to be trained in Lesotho for 3 – 6 months before assigned back to

National Senior Certificate

3-5 Years’ experience in a similar designation

Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Pastel (Compulsory)

Diverse license (Compulsory)

Duties & Responsibilities:
