We currently have 3 Financial Manager positions available (different companies).
Salary will be based on experience.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- SAIPA or SAICA registered, or CA(SA)
- Minimum 2 years’ financial management experience
- Experience in managing people
- Strong management style
- Advanced knowledge of Pastel Partner / Xero, Pastel Point of Sale, SimplePay
- Strong understanding of financial systems, budgeting, internal controls, and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full financial operations, reporting, budgets, and cash flow
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for management and committees
- Oversee payroll, statutory submissions (VAT, PAYE, tax), and compliance requirements
- Manage debtors, creditors, debit orders, and all banking functions
- Maintain asset registers, oversee stock counts, petty cash, and investments
- Implement internal controls, financial policies, and support audits
- Handle financial queries, billing, clearance certificates, and new registrations
