Desired experience and qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Degree/ Diploma in Property Studies or related field.
- 1+ years’ property experience and 2–4 years in a property research or administration role preferred.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare, compile, and distribute lease agreements and offers to lease.
- Maintain and update the lease register and related reports daily.
- Conduct credit and extended FICA checks on tenants and verify documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and lease audit checklists.
- Manage lease renewals, deposits, and commission claims.
- Safely record and secure original lease documentation, including bank guarantees.
- Support the property team and provide accurate reporting to management.
