Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Standby duty: 1–2 weeks per month (Monday to Sunday) for support calls and installations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in fleet controlling or vehicle recovery
  • Proficient in fleet tracking systems, GPS, and security technology
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English (read, write, and speak)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client training, installations, and repairs
  • Track and report on fleet activity and installation quality
  • Ensure proper stock usage and accurate job card documentation
  • Manage client support requests (e.g., footage, reinstallations)
  • Link and manage tracking units, SIMs, and system alerts
  • Provide technical support to sales team and clients (24/7)
  • Ensure demo installations function properly
  • Oversee server functionality, data syncing, and report accuracy
  • Monitor violations via offsite monitoring system
  • Assist management with ad hoc technical and admin tasks
  • Gain in-depth understanding of all solutions offered

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and guidance to clients using our paint products.
  • Conduct training sessions on the correct usage, mixing, application, and curing processes of automotive paint systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve paint-related issues (e.g., colour matching, surface defects, application techniques).
  • Monitor product performance and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Assist with product launches, workshops, and demos at client locations or company events.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Liaise with internal technical teams and our sales representatives to stay updated on new products and innovations.
  • Maintain detailed reports and feedback logs for each client visit.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Technical Qualification in Automotive Spray Painting
  • Previous experience in a technical sales support or training role. (Will be beneficial)
  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) as an Automotive Paint Technician, Painter, or similar role in the refinish industry.
  • Expertise in Automotive paint systems is essential
  • Strong knowledge of automotive paint processes, surface preparation, mixing, colour matching, and spray equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct training and demonstrations to groups and individuals.
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans (Speak, Read and Write)
  • Comfortable with frequent traveling on a weekly basis.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and client-focused.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site training, demonstrations, and technical support to clients on a range of paint-related consumables, including abrasives, masking materials, sealants, applicators, and related products. The focus is on enhancing product knowledge, application techniques, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical training and product demonstrations to clients
  • Provide on-site and remote support to ensure proper usage of consumables
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting product application issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paint systems and supporting consumables
