Requirements:

Grade 12

Unendorsed driver’s license (Code 14)

A Mechanical Engineering diploma or degree will be an advantage

Valid driver’s license

Min 2-3 years cardealer workshop management experience compulsory

Duties:

Management of the workshop team

Manage the Service Department’s financial performance

Maintain effective communications with customers and employees.

Manage service operations to satisfy customer needs, exceeding customer expectations

Manage the vehicle repair order process to ensure efficiency and effective processes

Use NMI-DSM & franchise systems & procedures

Manage the physical resources, such as tools and equipment.

Market the department by developing and implementing a service department customer satisfaction and retention plan.

Recruit and select people against the job specifications and within the relevant policies of company, using fair, objective criteria.

Lead the team to develop and maintain positive working relationships and reach objectives.

Analyse the SA motor market and dealer operations, ensuring that you take your team to the top 25% within the industry.

Vehicle Sales Manager (pre-owned vehicles): Bloemfontein

The basic salary is negotiable, plus company car, Medical, Pension and commission

Requirements:

Grade 12

A marketing or finance diploma/degree will be an advantage

Valid driver’s license

5 Years Car sales management experience – non-negotiable requirement

Duties:

Manage the used vehicle sales department per NMI-DSM and manufacturer requirements

Control varied activities at an optimal pace to achieve required targets

Ensure sales and CSI targets are met / exceeded.

Grow market share

Manage the frontline and administrative staff, ensuring all functions operate at optimum levels

Control departmental expenses

Ensure good relationships with manufacturer, customers, service & parts department

Implement and maintain value-adding processes in the department

Motivate, inspire and involve departmental staff

Create and maintain professional working relationships.

Protect the company against risk.

Car Sales Executive: Bloemfontein & Welkom, Free state

Salary:

The basic salary is negotiable, plus commission, Plus Retirement fund, Medical aid and Company Car

Requirements:

Preference will be given to Equity (EE/AA) candidates

Grade 12

Valid driver’s license

Previous car sales experience – non-negotiable requirement

Duties/Responsibilities

Utilise the lead management system and web based initiatives, use various methods of researching markets and gathering sales leads and follow up and pursue sales leads.

Make contact with existing or potential customers on the telephone, build a positive relationship with existing or potential customers, and create customer interest in the products and services.

Negotiate the sale, handle objections and close the sale.

Manage the trade-in.

Use the correct sales administration procedures after the customer has signed the offer to purchase.

Ensure that the pre-delivery inspection process has been followed correctly, do own quality check to ensure the car is clean and deliver the vehicle to the customer.

Develop sound relationships with the manufacturer’s representatives and keep up to date with all manufacturer programs.

Maintain effective oral and written communications with customers and work colleagues.

Create and maintain professional working relationships.

Protect the company against risk.
