Salary: R10 000 – R12 000 CTC pm, depending on experience

Industry: Vehicle Recovery

Working Hours: Shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Degree in criminal justice, security management or logistics (will be beneficial)
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in fleet management, security control room operations, or vehicle recovery services
  • Knowledge of fleet tracking software, GPS systems, and security technology

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Real-time monitoring and coordination of vehicle recovery operations
  • Monitor and manage all tracking alarms, including geofence breaches, unauthorized movements, and tampering alerts
  • Promptly respond to alarms by assessing the situation and taking appropriate action
  • Coordinate with recovery teams and security personnel to address alarms and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain constant communication with recovery teams and security personnel
  • Dispatch recovery teams based on real-time intelligence and updates
  • Provide support and guidance to recovery teams during operations
  • Generate detailed reports for clients on vehicle recovery operations, alarm responses, and incident resolutions
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and address any technical issues promptly

Payroll and Time & Attendance Assistant: Bloemfontein

Salary: Market-Related, depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Payroll and Time and Attendance systems experience
  • Any technical experience will count in your favour (biometric devices, etc.).
  • Programming-related experience will count in your favour

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Client service and problem solving
  • Oversee the generation and distribution of automated reports to clients, streamlining information and enhancing client engagement
  • Overseeing seamless setup and ongoing maintenance of client implementations
  • Address instances of double clocking, generate detailed reports on previous day clocking activities, and analyze absenteeism trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Prepare batches and provide support to clients in batch processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data handling procedures
  • Matching of hours for clients, liaising with support teams for data export queries to guarantee precision in payroll calculations
