Restaurant – FS Personnel

Salary: R7 000 – R8 500 CTC p/m (Depending on experience)

Requirements:

Preference will be given to Equity (EE/AA-African) candidates
Grade 12
Minimum 2 year’s Fast Foods/Restaurant supervising or management experience
Knowledge of Restaurant operations including people, product and customer processes
Financial and business acumen (Basic)
Computer literate (MS Office)

Duties will include:

Assistance in management of the store
People management
Client service
Above list of duties is not necessarily complete, and the employee undertakes to perform any other reasonable instructions given by the employer quickly and effectively.

This employee will manage 3 shops in one shopping mall.

The salary will be determined by the years’ experience.

Desired experience and qualification:

Completed Matric / Grade 12.

Recent restaurant management experience.

Know health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Ensure smooth service and adherence to standards.

Oversee the overall operation of the restaurants.

Deal with customer complaints.

Maintain customer service levels.

Ensure quality standards of food.

Maintain standard operating procedures.
