The candidate will design and create engaging, interactive training materials and programs that help learners build skills effectively using multimedia and practical activities.
This is an on-site role in Bloemfontein or Pretoria.
Salary: R20 000-R26 000 ctc pm, depending on experience.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Qualification in Learning Design and Development Principles.
- Candidates with a qualification in Instructional Design will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to design learning materials using a story-driven approach.
- Ability to work on-site in Bloemfontein or Pretoria.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Use story-driven, interactive, and practical techniques to create engaging learning experiences.
- Develop and deliver interactive training programs, boosting staff product knowledge.
- Conducted onboarding and upskilling for 150+ employees, enhancing skills and motivation.
- Implement learner feedback systems, increasing satisfaction.
- Collaborated with leadership to identify training needs, reducing performance issues.
- Manage LMS platforms (SuccessFactors) and maintain engaging eLearning content.
