- Relevant Diploma or minimum 3 years’ property experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Property related experience will be beneficial
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage property services administration and building filing systems
- Handle tenant queries, complaints, and service requests
- Coordinate maintenance and service providers and follow up on work orders
- Assist with budget approvals and expense tracking
- Support new building take-on processes
- Ensure OHS compliance and risk documentation is up to date
- Assist with invoices, accruals, and financial administration
- Prepare monthly reports and management packs
- Maintain relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
