Salary: Will be determined by experience, plus company contribution to medical aid and pension fund.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Matric
- National Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Property Management
- Experience within Student Accommodation will be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Process and manage student accommodation applications and lease agreements
- Conduct credit checks and maintain accurate tenant records
- Monitor occupancy levels and report vacancies
- Generate monthly billings, statements, and account reconciliations
- Allocate and monitor rental payments
- Manage arrears, follow up on outstanding accounts, and resolve payment queries
- Issue letters of demand and assist with debt recovery processes
- Administer account closures, deposit refunds, and recoveries
- Assist the Property Manager with monthly reporting and administrative duties
