Salary: Will be determined by experience, plus company contribution to medical aid and pension fund.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Operations Management, Infrastructure Management, or a related field
- Technical qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Property Services, Facilities Management, Property Administration, or a similar role
- Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs and service delivery
- Assist with property inspections and building audits
- Obtain quotations and assist with contractor and service provider management
- Monitor service contracts and maintenance schedules
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost reporting
- Process and monitor maintenance-related invoices and documentation
- Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance-related queries and complaints
- Maintain accurate maintenance, contractor, and property records
- Assist with stock control and procurement administration
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Property Services team
