Salary:
R12 000 – R18 000 ctc pm (depending on experience)
Desired Experience and Qualification:
- Skills Development Facilitator qualification (ETDP SETA aligned).
- National Diploma or Degree in HR, Training & Development, Education or related field.
- Facilitator certificate (mandatory).
- Assessor and/or Moderator certification (advantageous).
- 2–5 years’ experience in skills development, SETA administration, or training coordination.
- Experience with WSP/ATR submissions and SETA systems.
- Exposure to QCTO occupational qualifications will be an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct skills audits and training needs analysis.
- Compile and submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
- Manage SETA registrations, grants, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate learnerships, skills programmes, and occupational qualifications.
- Support learner recruitment, training, and completion processes.
- Facilitate training sessions and learner support where required.
- Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SETA, QCTO, and B-BBEE requirements.
- Liaise with employers, SETAs, and training stakeholders.
