Join a fast-paced 24/7 fleet tyre support business serving the transport industry across South Africa.
Working Hours
12-hour shifts on a rotating roster.
Alternating day and night shifts.
45-hour work week.
Weekend shifts may be required according to the roster, with rotational weekend coverage
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage customer tyre breakdown requests via WhatsApp.
Dispatch the nearest tyre service provider to attend to breakdowns.
Coordinate communication between customers and service providers.
Follow up on service delivery and ensure breakdowns are resolved efficiently.
Maintain accurate communication throughout the process.

Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in the tyre, trucking, transport, logistics, or related industry will be advantageous.
Based in or near Bloemfontein is preferred for bi-weekly in-person meetings.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones, and Google Maps.
Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to work independently from home.
