Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator.
- Financial administration experience. (Debtors/Creditors etc.)
- Pastel Experience (Will be beneficial)
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written).
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Professional, trustworthy, discreet, and highly organised.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
- Willingness to assist with both business and personal responsibilities for the Director.
- Flexible with working hours when required.
- Must be willing to prepare meals and refreshments for the Director during the workday.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director.
- Manage the Director’s diary, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
- Run personal and business-related errands as required.
- Assist with personal appointments, reservations, and general household or lifestyle-related administration.
Administration:
- Maintain an organised filing system (electronic and manual).
- Draft correspondence, letters, and general business documentation.
- Order office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Perform general office administration and ad hoc duties.
Finance & Accounts:
- Process invoices, receipts, and supplier documentation.
- Assist with debtor and creditor administration.
- Capture financial transactions on Pastel.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with general bookkeeping functions.
- Prepare financial reports and schedules for management.
- Assist with banking, petty cash, and payment processing.
- Support the Director with various financial and administrative tasks.
General Support:
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and licensing where required.
- Ensure confidential handling of sensitive business and personal information.
- Provide administrative support across various departments as required.
- Assist with special projects and any additional duties assigned by the Director.
