Administrative Manager: Heidedal (Bloemfontein)

Our client is seeking a strong, experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and lead an administrative team across four dynamic business entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, excels in team leadership, and has a keen eye for detail.


Salary:

R10 000 – R15 000 p/m highly negotiable depending on experience


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Sundays: Off
  • Overtime is compensated with time off. Some weekends off will also be available

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
  • Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in administrative management, overseeing teams and functions across multiple entities.
  • Experience in managing creditors, debtors, and account reconciliations
  • Computer literate (MS Excel & MS Word)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee admin clerks and functions across four entities
  • Review and approve, creditors, debtors, allocations, and reconciliations
  • Monitor accurate daily capturing of GRVs and credit notes
  • Report regularly to senior management on admin operations and team performance
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by management
Retail Shop Floor Manager: Heidedal, Bloemfontein

Our client sells fresh-foods.

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 ctc pm / negotiable

Retail working Hours.

Overtime is compensated with time off. Some weekends off will also be available

Desired experience and qualifications:

Grade 12

Fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)

Shop retail experience, strong inventory management skills

Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Computer literate (MS Excel & MS Word)

Experience in stock control, and maintaining shelf levels

Knowledge of fruit and vegetable control, pricing, and merchandising

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Ensure smooth operation of daily activities on the floor.

Maintain stock control and inventory management

Ensure accurate pricing and up-to-date price tags

Supervise merchandizers for effective product display

Provide excellent customer service and assistance

Hardware-related Shop & Branch Manager: Bloemfontein

Our client has 6 branches in South Africa, of which one in Bloemfontein.

The branch manager will oversee 3 employees.

They offer a generous salary according to working experience, up to R40 000 ctc pm.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 – 16h30 and every 4th Saturday morning.

Desired experience and qualifications:

Recent supervision or management experience.

Candidates with Agri-related experience and/or retail hardware-related experience are welcome to apply.

Strong computer skills MS Office.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Operational functions.

Sales & Admin.

Personnel management, payroll and overtime actions, training, coaching and mentoring.

Oversee invoicing, cash-ups and stock management.

Manages internal processes.

Customer quiries.

Assist and advise customers on basic product information.
