Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Duties will include:

Diagnose and fix technical issues.

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems, equipment, and software.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that optimize performance and meet organizational objectives.

Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, procedures, and user manuals.
