FLEET ADMIN OFFICER: BLOEMFONTEIN

Salary:

R15 000 – R18 000 Gross pm Depending on experience, Plus Provident Fund (MIBCO 8%)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary education in business management will be preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ working experience
  • A minimum of 5 years’ admin and financial experience
  • Experience in Fleet departments or Logistic environment will be preferred
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Fluency in Sotho will be preferred
  • Computer literacy especially Office with Intermediate/Advanced Excel
  • Literacy in IQ Business/ Retail programs will be preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Route planning of the trucks
  • Fuel/Diesel Reconciliations
  • Invoices for trucking costs/rentals
  • Monthly cost calculations
  • Amber/Tracking
  • Admin regarding the trucks
  • Arranging the Licensing and services of the company vehicles
  • Management of the drivers and HR tasks regarding the drivers
  • Responsible for the Petty cash regarding the drivers and routes
