Salary: R15 000 CTC p/m (Provident Fund included in the CTC salary)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08h00 – 16h30
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- A Certificate or equivalent qualification in Administration will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant creditors processing
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ stock control
- Previous exposure to payroll administration and basic HR duties.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience on Pastel or a similar accounting system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creditors Administration:
- Capture and process supplier invoices accurately.
- Submit creditors information and supporting documents to Head Office for payment processing.
Stock Control:
- Prepare and coordinate monthly stock takes.
- Monitor stock movements and investigate variances.
- Compile stock reports and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist with asset registers and asset reporting.
Payroll and HR Administration:
- Maintain and update the time and attendance register.
- Compare timesheets with payslips received from Head Office and investigate discrepancies.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries.
- Perform basic HR administration and maintain employee records.
Administration and Reporting:
- Manage petty cash.
- Prepare national account information.
- Load and update contract information.
- Maintain branch contract registers.
- Compile flash reports and management reports.
- Ensure effective administrative control and record keeping.
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as required.
