This is a fulltime- and onsite role.
The salary will be determined by relevant experience, plus 6.5% company contribution to Pension fund.
Desired experience and qualifications:
Grade 12
Minimum 1 Year Marketing-admin, Sales-admin or Order-taking experience.
Admin experience.
Must be computer literate
Good communication Skills.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Receive orders from customers.
Maintain a documentation control process to ensure all customer orders are accurately captured.
Forward daily information to the sales invoicing clerk to facilitate customer feedback.
Update the Sales Order at Syspro.
Support the Operations department by clarifying all order queries that might arise.
Partake in weekly stock counts.
