Our client in the Real Estate Industry is seeking a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager in Bloemfontein. As a Section Title/Portfolio Manager, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Sectional Title Body Corporate management. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
Property Sales or Rental Agents are welcome to apply.
In-depth training will be provided.
Salary: R14 000 – R18 000 Gross, plus overtime for attending meetings after hours
Additional: Commission on referrals, rentals, and sales

Minimum Requirements:
- Gr 12
- Minimum 2 years of experience/knowledge of Sectional Title Management within the Property/Real Estate industry.
- Strong admin, financial, and communication skills
- Ability to work with trustees, owners, and service providers
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English (Speak, Read, and Write)
- Computer Literate (Pastel Knowledge will be an advantage)
- Valid Driver’s license, with own reliable vehicle
- Willing to work after hours as and when required
