Desired experience and qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- FMCG, or retail distribution experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse stock control or inventory management.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing a stock team (receiving, picking, dispatch) Headcount of 20 employees.
- Maintain accurate stock levels across warehouse locations.
- Manage GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and ensure accurate capturing.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes.
- Investigate and resolve stock variances.
- Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and expired stock.
- Monitor returns process (store returns, damages, supplier returns)
- Update and manage stock records in ERP system
