Minimum Requirements:

• Mechanical Trade Certificate (Red Seal)
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience within a workshop environment
• Minimum of 5 years VW Technical Experience (VW Master certification preferable)
• Computer Literate
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Read, speak, and write)
• Valid Driver’s license with own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Ensure a planned maintenance schedule is available at all times
• Ensure breakdowns are attended to with a matter of urgency
• Monitor to ensure all maintenance is carried out according to procedures and vehicle requirements
• Conduct quality checks on repaired vehicles to ensure service standards are maintained
• Demonstrate leadership skills, motivation, and conflict resolution
• Perform any other tasks given through by management
