Duties and responsibilities will include:

Take fuel orders from clients.

Generate delivery notes.

Fleet control and dispatch to clients.

Overseeing truck tracking systems.

Capturing of daily deliveries, as well as the fuel received from supplier.

Monitor stock levels.

Handle queries from clients.

Generate quotes to clients.

After-hours telephonic standby.

Debtors and credit controlling.
