Sales Representative: Bloemfontein (Free State)

Salary:
R14 000 – R15 000 basic, Plus Commission
Plus, Vehicle Allowance ± R4 000 – R5 000
Plus, Fuel Card
Plus, Cell Phone allowance
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate)
- Minimum of 3 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, specifically within the hardware, construction, and renovation industries.
- Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willing and able to travel for approximately one week per month
- Available to work one promotional weekend per month
Duties & Responsibilities:
- External Sales:
- Conduct sales activities within the Free State region.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Market Analysis:
- Identify opportunities and problems in the market to inform sales strategies.
- Territory Development:
- Develop the sales territory through effective networking and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Target Achievement:
- Work diligently to ensure that sales targets and goals are consistently met or exceeded
