Desired experience and qualifications:

National Diploma or FET certificate in Pharmacist assistant.

Registration with the SAPC (South African Pharmacy Council).

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for ordering.

Filling and dispensing medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Maintain accurate patient records, medication dosing information and directions for use.

Contact physicians and patients regarding medication dosage, potential side effects and drug interactions.
