Salary:  Negotiable, depending on experience + commission after the first 3 months

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing of Business Management (non-negotiable)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write)
  • Sotho Speaking will be beneficial
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Be able to work during the weekend for showing “ON SHOW” unit

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist potential buyers in purchasing units/properties within the developments
  • Explain prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related information relating to their purchase journey.
  • Showing clients development plans and also taking clients through to the show-houses for them to view and persuade them to purchase the best-suited product.
  • Prepare necessary administrative documents
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Bonds) for weekly, daily, and monthly reports.
  • After-sale service: follow up with snag attending etc.
