Desired experience and qualifications:

BEng / BSc Eng / BTech (Electrical Engineering) from a recognized institution.

Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) / Professional Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA.

Experience in electrical design, installations, and SSEG Applications.

Strong understanding of SANS, OHSA, and NERSA compliance.

Experience in solar PV systems and energy storage solutions is highly desirable.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Electrical system design, analysis, and implementation in line with SANS 10142-1 and OHSA regulations.

Oversee and certify electrical installations, ensuring compliance with NERSA and ECSA standards.

Focus on SSEG Applications.

Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to project teams.

Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
