Long-Term Insurance Sales Manager: Bloemfontein

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the insurance sales team.
Drive sales performance, foster client relationships, and expand the market presence of our insurance products.
Salary: R20 000 – R25 000 Gross (Depending on experience)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing (advantageous)
- RE 5 Certification (beneficial)
- Insurance management experience (Long Term)
- Fluent in English (read, speak, write)
- Computer Literate
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
- Must be willing to travel as and when required
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Driving profitable sales volume of all products
- Implement sales plans, budgets and accelerated growth strategies
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manages, plans, organizes, and coordinates the sales activities of the entity.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all insurance products and services offered by the company.
- Ensure all sales practices are in compliance with legal and ethical standards
