Key Responsibilities:
The Complaints Manager is responsible for receiving, documenting, and investigating customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in long-term insurance claims management
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee claims management to ensure timely, accurate handling of claims and high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry regulations.
- Assess and confirm the validity of claims while implementing best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews of claims to evaluate process efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and support the claims team to enhance performance and knowledge.
- Provide technical expertise and training to junior claims investigators.
- Collaborate with the Core Business Admin Manager to set up performance accountability systems.
- Develop and implement claims operations strategies for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes in claims processing.
