Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years relevant degree or equivalent to position requirements

Computer Skills: SAGE, Word, Excel and Outlook

Minimum of 4 years of Human resource and financial management experience

Minimum of 10 years Collective Bargaining experience and knowledge, with at least 5 year’s business management experience

In-depth knowledge of the Fund Agreements in a Bargaining Council will be an advantage

Experience of the Labour relation Legal framework

Driver’s License

Willing to travel extensively

Duties & Responsibilities:

Align the regional objectives to the national strategic objectives

Manage day to day operations in the Region;

Maintain communication regarding the collective agreement with establishments to promote health industrial relations with the region;

Manage external relationship of stakeholders;

Overall responsibility for ensuring that the registration of new establishments within a region occurs;

Host and attend regional and national management meetings;

Manage Human resources and resources and ensure development of the staff;

Manage performance and conduct appraisals of staff;

Ensure the collection of returns through the management of the regional credit control;

Develop and manage regional budget
