Hardware-related Shop & Branch Manager: Bloemfontein

Our client has 6 branches in South Africa, of which one in Bloemfontein.
The branch manager will oversee 3 employees.
They offer a generous salary according to working experience, up to R40 000 ctc pm.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 – 16h30 and every 4th Saturday morning.
Desired experience and qualifications:
Recent supervision or management experience.
Candidates with Agri-related experience and/or retail hardware-related experience are welcome to apply.
Strong computer skills MS Office.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Operational functions.
Sales & Admin.
Personnel management, payroll and overtime actions, training, coaching and mentoring.
Oversee invoicing, cash-ups and stock management.
Manages internal processes.
Customer quiries.
Assist and advise customers on basic product information.
