Management of 17 staff members, including the bar-staff, waiters and kitchen staff.
250-seater restaurant.
The salary includes free accommodation.
Duties will include:
Total operations of the restaurant, bar and kitchen.
Stock management.
Buying, as well as month-end reports.
Weekly staff rosters.
Weekly banking.
Costing of menu’s.
Training of staff.
Handle conferences, weddings and meal-planning.
Desired experience:
Recent Food & Beverage management experience.
