Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• LLB or any other recognized Law Degree
• Admitted as a Conveyancer
• Minimum 3 years working experience as an Attorney in Property Law
• Fluently Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all legal requirements are met
• registration of property, transfers, mortgages, consolidations, subdivision of property, servitudes etc.
• Perform any other tasks given through by management
