Key Responsibilities:
The Complaints Manager is responsible for receiving, documenting, and investigating customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Management Experience in handling client complaints within the insurance industry
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s license
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
- Develop strategies to address customer issues and improve satisfaction.
- Ensure prompt and professional resolution of complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
- Analyse complaint trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prioritise complaints based on severity and urgency.
- Develop and implement effective complaint-handling policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to complaint handling.
- Provide feedback to management/board to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
