Key Responsibilities:

The Complaints Manager is responsible for receiving, documenting, and investigating customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Management Experience in handling client complaints within the insurance industry
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
  • Develop strategies to address customer issues and improve satisfaction.
  • Ensure prompt and professional resolution of complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions.
  • Analyse complaint trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prioritise complaints based on severity and urgency.
  • Develop and implement effective complaint-handling policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to complaint handling.
  • Provide feedback to management/board to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
