Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field / CA (SA), CIMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, risk management, and capital management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Experience in managing financial IT systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel and sleep out on a regular basis.
