Industry: Fuel, Oil, gas and Petroleum

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience), plus fuel card for business trips and cell phone allowance

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience within the Fuel Industry (Not negotiable)
• Fluently in Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel (± 80% – 90% travelling per month)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducts business site visits and calls to review, measure, and report towards achieving Business Plan targets 
• Develop and implement strategies for improving key metrics and business operations 
• Ensure business plan volumes and KPI’s are met and brand standards
• Ensures consistent and disciplined execution of processes/procedures/programs and systems  
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly oversight of Fuelled/WSM/Meter readings to ensure visible and quick response to instances of Foreign Fuel
• Ensures all inspections, audits and checks are done
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients and other business partners
• Perform any other tasks given through by management
