Industry: Steel Construction, roofing.
Salary: Negotiable, plus commission (after 3 month probation period), plus Fuel Card and Cell Phone allowance
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Structural Engineering will be beneficial.
- Business-to-Business Sales Rep experience within a Steel Construction and Renovation environment
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and Solid Works)
- Fluently in both Afrikaans & English (Speak, read, and write)
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
- Willing to travel as and when required
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Architects, builders, etc. to design and plan steel structures.
- Modelling and drafting of 2D and 3D models of steel structures
- Selecting appropriate grades and types of steel for structural elements
- Identify opportunities/problems in the market
- Territory development through networking and cold calling
- Perform any other tasks given through by management
