The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, interpreting, and administering a wide range of contractual documents while supporting internal teams and regional offices.
Requirements:
- LLB or relevant legal qualification.
- Admitted Attorney with experience in a similar role.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal interpretation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and related software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate major agreements (sales, licensing, consulting, NDAs, amendments, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting to negotiation and execution.
- Facilitate risk/benefit analysis for transactions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee contract change control processes and manage legal correspondence.
- Prepare contracts for internal approval and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and legal implications.
- Translate complex legal/commercial matters into clear, actionable insights.
- Support business units with sales-related legal input and mentor junior contract professionals.
