Salary: Will be determined by experience.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, preferably in a corporate property environment.
- Relevant Diploma or Bachelor’s in Safety Management.
- SAMTRAC certification is an advantage.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Tenant Compliance: Conduct Extended FICA and due diligence, perform world checks, and maintain compliance records.
- Property Risk Management: Conduct OHS and insurance inspections, track and report findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Health & Safety Administration: Maintain OHS records, coach staff on safety legislation, perform audits, coordinate with regulators, and prepare incident reports.
