Salary: R22 000 – R25 000 CTC p/m (No benefits)
Minimum Requirements:
- Accounting qualification (Diploma/Degree) (Beneficial)
- 3+ years’ experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting
- Experience in HOA / property accounting and business accounting (retail/wholesale advantageous)
- Strong understanding of levies & debtor control, creditors & payments, and monthly reporting
- Excellent Excel skills, accounting system experience (Sage / Xero advantageous)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Levy billing, allocations, debtor’s follow-up
- Bank reconciliations
- Trustee monthly reports & audit support
- Supplier invoices & payments
- Customer accounts, cashbook and reconciliations
- VAT, PAYE, monthly reporting, stock / costing support
