Our client has 6 branches in South Africa, of which one in Bloemfontein.
The branch manager will oversee 3 employees.
They offer a generous salary according to working experience, up to R40 000 ctc pm.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08h00 – 16h30 and every 4th Saturday morning.
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Recent supervision or management experience.
- Candidates with Agri-related experience and/or retail hardware-related experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong computer skills MS Office.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Operational functions.
- Sales & Admin.
- Personnel management, payroll and overtime actions, training, coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee invoicing, cash-ups and stock management.
- Manages internal processes.
- Customer queries.
- Assist and advise customers on basic product information.
