Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
Standby duty: 1–2 weeks per month (Monday to Sunday) for support calls and installations
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in fleet controlling or vehicle recovery
- Proficient in fleet tracking systems, GPS, and security technology
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English (read, write, and speak)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client training, installations, and repairs
- Track and report on fleet activity and installation quality
- Ensure proper stock usage and accurate job card documentation
- Manage client support requests (e.g., footage, reinstallations)
- Link and manage tracking units, SIMs, and system alerts
- Provide technical support to sales team and clients (24/7)
- Ensure demo installations function properly
- Oversee server functionality, data syncing, and report accuracy
- Monitor violations via offsite monitoring system
- Assist management with ad hoc technical and admin tasks
- Gain in-depth understanding of all solutions offered
