Salary: R20 000 Gross (1 Bedroom Flat available on the premises)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 – 3 Years of experience in a similar role that includes event planning (Will be beneficial)
- Must be fluent in both English & Afrikaans (Speak, Read and Write).
- Computer literate
- Valid Driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to work on weekends as and when needed, depending on events.
- (6 Day Work week which will involve working some Saturdays and Sundays.)
Events Planner Assistant: Duties
- Assistant with arranging of events
- Buying and control of stock required for events food and drinks
- Arranging areas for rented out picnic spots
- Collecting payments for rented out picnic areas
- Organizing duty schedules of garden and cleaning personnel
- Managing control over rented shops and restaurants etc. with centre manager
- Collection and control over monthly rental payment of rented shops and restaurants
- Attend to administrative tasks within the construction part of the business
- Attend to all other tasks given through by management
