Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 offered with pension fund benefits. No commission payable.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is required
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in cash loans, sales or marketing
- Valid driver’s licence and Own transport
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English); Sotho will be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market and sell cash loan products to new and existing clients
- Generate new business through active marketing and client engagement
- Assist clients with loan applications and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Conduct affordability assessments and basic credit checks
- Assess client needs and provide suitable financial solutions
- Follow up on leads and convert applications into successful sales
- Maintain accurate client records and update system information
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and lending regulations
- Meet and exceed set sales targets
- Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
- Must have knowledge of debt collection and cash handling processes
