Location: Bloemfontein (travel between retail branches)
Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 CTC per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays)
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 10 years’ total work experience, with at least 5 years in an admin-focused role and have experience in handling staff timesheets
- Experience in sales will be highly beneficial
- Computer literacy (MS Office essential; IQ Business/Retail systems advantageous)
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Willing and able to travel daily between branches
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete administrative functions for retail branches
- Handle and reconcile invoices, GRVs, job cards, and staff timesheets
- Assist in basic sales and finance administration
- Collect and manage documentation from various branches on a daily basis
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance across all admin processes
