This is a 12 months project appointment.

Salary R40 000 ctc pm

Desired experience and qualifications:

B Degree / B-Tech / National Diploma Building Environment.

5 – 10 years construction foreman experience.

Computer literate.

Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.

Valid driver’s licence.

Good communicator.

Responsibilities will include:

Oversee renovation project,

Supervising and managing 10 employees and 10 sub-contractors/ local SMME’s
