Duties and responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and ensuring that quality nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practiced within a multi-disciplinary team.

Accountable and responsible for coordinating capacity building, mentoring, coaching, training and development in his / her unit

Ensure that your unit is providing safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of Lenmed / hospital and evidence based practice.
Evaluate the patient’s journey via patient experience and stakeholder contribution.
Evaluate and monitor nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care.

  • Minimum 5 years of Management experience in managing a Gas Station, Forecourt, Convenience Store, Fast-food, etc.
  • Computer literate
  • Fluently in both Afrikaans & English (Speak, read, and write)
  • Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
  • Willing to work shifts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience within the Fuel Industry (Not negotiable)
  • Fluently in Afrikaans and English (read, write, and speak)
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Willing to travel (± 80% – 90% travelling per month)

  • Conducts business site visits and calls to review, measure, and report towards achieving Business Plan targets
